Finding My Way Back To Me

Integrative Living was created to provide and make accessible wellness services to all.  Sometimes we feel we must be flexible to do yoga, in a state of  health to see a life coach, be disciplined to meditate,  have a knowledge base when seeking information.  Truthfully we will all experience times when we can not do something.  My goal was to provide services where people would feel comfortable coming as they are-which is always perfect! I have been the person taking a class or seeking help and not getting it, then, leaving feeling uncomfortable–it is not fun.  Integrative means “to unify separate things”, “render something whole”, “to make whole”… (it is interesting to note that yoga can sometimes also mean to “unite/make whole”).  The goal of Integrative Living is to have inclusive practices which welcome all.  Everyone is welcome, everyone is perfect, everyone is the authority in their own life-we do not need a guru.  We may  need to slow down and listen to our inner wisdom so that we can make good choices in living well.  Sometimes we need a friend to listen and be there for us along the way–those are the services Integrative Living provides.  I will warn you-clients often become friends! Always Keep Yourself Sacred!
