Finding My Way Back To Me

Sometimes when the days get shorter we can start to feel different.  I always plan indoor activities so that I can fully enjoy the season of cozy.  I also recommend that everyone is aware of their vitamin D levels, especially if we live in the North East.  Kindly research, from a reputable medical source,  what Vitamin D is responsible for and how a deficiency can affect the body, mind and spirit.  I always recommended that all of my clients be aware of their levels and surprisingly some discovered a deficiency which was related to a current health issue….  Know your levels and practice good self care.  Keep Yourself Sacred!
