Finding My Way Back To Me

When life happens, and life does happen, that is when the benefits of our healthy practices can support us.  Have healthy practices, yoga, meditation, trying to eat closer to the source are some of mine.  Find what keeps you calm and centered and make a healthy practice out of it!  Time to read charming books, walking in nature, painting, crafting going to the gym,… these all work!  Always have a practice of making time for yourself daily–you are the most important person in your life!  Keep Yourself Sacred.
