Schedule for the week of March 20th

I will not be available to teach yoga on Thursday at the Reading Hospital.  Class will be held with another instructor, I will be back the following Thursday, the 30th of March.  The meditation group will not meet on Sunday March 26th. It will resume the following Sunday, April 2nd.  Many Thanks and Keep Yourself Sacred!
