Part of my public classes have been posted for this fall. These include my class for the Reading Hospital at the PAR on Thursday evenings from 6-7:00pm, drop in for only $10. I will be offering various classes at the Goggle Works. Look for several safe yoga classes ( Hatha, Gentle and Beginners) a meditation workshop, a coaching class and a fusion workshop with artist Fran Parzanese, Yoga and Watercolor.
