In my wanderings I spoke with a yoga person. He was judgmental and angry and used sharp words. The next day I spoke with a very non yoga person, he spoke softly, with interest and of a gentle “being with God”. My point in mentioning this is that we should trust our own feelings and be on our own journey, never judging always keeping our eyes and hearts safely open. We never know where we will find inspiration and we do not always get it where we think we should. However, if we are true to ourselves and keep the chatter down so that we can listen to our own inner wisdom, we may be lucky enough to tell the difference. Love & Light.
