EVENTS

I will be at the GoggleWorks from 1:30 to 3:00 in my office on the 5th floor in room 553 on Sunday April the 13th.  Stop in!  I will be available to answer questions on the classes I offer at the GoggleWorks like Meditation and Yoga.  I will share information on Yoga Therapy, Integrative Health Coaching (the coaching program from Duke Integrative Medicine),  Reiki, Pain Management, MBSR,  or other services that I offer.  Most of my services are private, visiting on Second Sunday at the GoggleWorks is a lovely way to visit and try for free.  This especially true if you are in pain or have a questions regarding if  yoga or another program is for you.  I hope to see you.  Enjoy the day!!
