Having healthy practices is not limited to exercise, diet, yoga, etc. It is also a practice to keep safe boundaries. This can mean trying to do more of what energizes and less of what drains us. Sharing our space, person, time, with things, people, events, that fill us with contentment wherever we can is a healthy practice. Consider that if we do not keep this as a practice for ourselves, something/someone else will consume us. We are all worth it. Keep yourself sacred!
