We can be much better at creating and keeping an exercise and diet plan than a relaxation plan. Relaxation and rest are just as important as all of the others. The obvious is that they allow our body to recuperate, but our spirit and mind also need time to recharge, reflect and rest. Giving ourselves time to rest and space to nourish the mind/spirit allow us to grow back into who we really are and create the reality we truly desire. How can we hear our thoughts if we do not pause to listen. Keep Yourself Sacred!
