To the Clients of Integrative Living. The meditation group starts Sunday from 4:00 to 5:00PM at Reformation Lutheran Church. Arrive a few minutes early so that we can start promptly. You can stay as long as you like. My goals is to offer a place to safely practice. This location offers times that are flexible for those that are working and not.
