Personal Retreat

We all live a demanding life.  Setting aside some personal retreat time may help keeping us centered.  Find a time when no one else is awake and do whatever you like for just a few minutes.  Find your favorite part of the day and celebrate it!   A quiet cup of tea all for you!   Start or end the day with some solitude.  Practice this for a few weeks and see if it makes any difference in you.  Just some quiet time daily dedicated to you, the person, you are worth it!
