This Sunday at 4:00 I will be holding Sacred Space. This is a free/by donation class for those going through cancer or other debilitating life experience. Families are welcome. I hope to see you at the Massage and Yoga center in Exeter. This is a VERY gentle class. Keep Yourself Sacred.

I will be at the Overlook Mansion Bed and Breakfast (620 Center Ave, Reading PA 19601) for their Shopping Extravaganza on Saturday, September 22 from 1-2:30 offering reiki, stop in and visit.
