Space is still available in the Gentle Yoga class at the GoggleWorks. This class runs on Thursdays from 1:00 to 2:30 until March 20th. Class includes slow, deep, mindful movement, meditation and breathing practices to increase a feeling of wellness. A lovely way to unwind from daily stress. Stop in and try!
