Finding My Way Back To Me

Yoga is called a practice for a reason.  When we approach the mat as a habit, we create a wellness practice that will support us.  The practice of yoga has many documented health benefits.  However the real practice and benefits can be seen off the mat.  As we continue in our exploration in yoga it trickles down into life.  When we are upset we remember to stop and breathe.  When we need to make a choice we examine options from the point of the witness.  When life does become difficult, we un-roll the mat, remember that everything happens for a reason, we are a part of something greater and practice surrender.  Always remembering that we give ourselves the space to listen to that inner voice that is the inner guru, which we all are.    Namaste.
