Finding My Way Back To Me

When I find myself in the middle of a decision or transition, I do things that ground me.  For me that means more rest, walks, relaxation, moderate exercise to burn any stress and time doing things that allow me to experience silence.  I can only hear the desires of my heart when the worries of my mind have been quieted.  Only from that quiet place can I listen to the voice of inspirations that are good for me.  Try your own versions and see–you are worth the time.  Keep yourself sacred.
