Finding My Way Back To Me

Transitions are a time to keep ourselves grounded.  The change from one season to the next is a transition.  In addition to nature changing, we are often planning, searching, aspiring or waiting for something.  I find it very helpful to remain steady with who I am when everything is changing.  Meditation, creative practices, reading, anything that slows and steadies the mind and relaxes the breath are practices that ground.  Try something then make it a practice.  Enjoy it!  Keep Yourself Sacred!
