Finding My Way Back To Me

I am adding a class at the Massage and Yoga Center.  Yoga and Reiki will be offered at 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM every Tuesday.  The cost will remain $10 a class with additional discount if you purchase a class card.  This is an all level class suitable for everyone from experts to beginners.  The goal of this class is to relax and release.  Come prepared to have a good time and make some friends! I am also available for private consultations: Reiki, Life Coaching, Ayurveda, Cardiac & Cancer Yoga Therapy,… As always all services in English and Spanish. If you are interested in my coming to your group or Church I am available for speaking engagements and off site services.
