Finding My Way Back To Me

All emotions are good.  They all serve a purpose in our survival.  Finding the correct emotional balance for daily living can be interesting.  Stop, pause, take a breath, reflect,… How does this serve me, Is this for my greater good, Am I reacting in the best way for myself….. can be good questions to ask/practices,  if we are unsure how to react.  Although sometimes we just need to step back and privately experience ourselves.  Enjoy everything!  Keep Yourself Sacred.
