Drinking water is just as important in the colder months as the warmer ones.  One indicator I use to determine if I need to drink more water is my rings.  If my rings are tight, I must drink.  Fatigue, a look of being tired are also signs of a need for more water.  I keep water around me always, sips are better than gulps.  Tea is another way of enjoying water in the colder months.  Enjoy your water and as always:  Keep Yourself Sacred!
