Integrative Beauty

Sometimes I am asked for “beauty” tips….. So I am adding this category per request to share some things that have been found useful for myself.  Interestingly, some beauty tips are also healthy.  The very first tip is:  drink plenty of water.  Some health care providers have described water as a great anti inflammatory.  I have notice that when I am well hydrated, my face looks smoother and I have more energy.   A smoother face can be described as more plumpness, less lines and circles under the eyes.  Try it and see!  Always check with your health care provider to see what is healthy for you.  Keep yourself sacred!
