Even in winter wear sunscreen, especially if we ski. The snow is like a mirror intensifying the suns rays. The higher up in elevation, the greater the intensity. Also remember to drink plenty of water. Water is lost just breathing in the cold, heating systems also dry us out. Hydrated skin is smoother! I personally use a creamier lotion on my skin in the winter. Keep Yourself Sacred!
