The benefits of meditation are well documented. One of my favorite meditation Apps is Insight Timer. I can pick the duration, a beginning and ending bell, interval bells and the sound of these. I am also told how many people are meditating and I can journal. I do have an established meditation practice, however, I do believe in having an arsenal of tools this App is one of mine!!!
