This Sunday, April 8th, I will be teaching Yoga at the Folino Estate (340 Old Route 22,, Kutztown PA 19530): Wine and Yoga event, tickets $20 on their site. The event starts at 11:00 and lasts one hour, stay and shop or have lunch after. I am available to chat as always! A glass of wine is included after Yoga. Yoga, Wine, lovely products to shop for after class and stay for lunch if you like! The location is lovely and relaxing. Don’t forget to sign up for their emails, they offer some wonderful events.
