This site is the fluid fusion of all the services offered. Integrative Wellness combines all of the Yoga, Integrative Health Coaching and Wellness services offered. The Educational Consulting Services have grown from my extensive experience in the area of education and facilitates the growing need for services and information. Creative Services and Products is still in the process of evolving. I have created drawings, photographs, water colors and fliers for individuals and businesses using my work. The Gallery will expand to house more sketches and photographs, I refer to them as “Little Bits of Art”. I intend to offer my original artwork or copies of to include small posters and cards. Also offered are programs in creative exploration.
Services are offered in person, via the phone or online. Everything is customized and private. The ultimate goal is living well. Making the right choices, creating the space to explore what those are, staying centered in a very fluid world are things we are all going through. No one is alone.
