Just a reminder, I will be offering Yoga and Reiki at the Massage and Yoga Center (3815 Perkiomen Ave, Reading Pa 19606, behind the florist) on May 1st 8th, 15th, and 22nd at 6:30PM. The Yoga is all level and will change depending on the desire of those attending. Arrive 10 minutes early for some complimentary tea! Cost is $15 for a walk-in or $50 for five classes when you buy a class card. Wear comfy clothing and bring a smile!
Classes are always offered on Thursday at 6:00PM at the Tower Health Rehab Hospital (2101 State Hill Road, Reading Pa 19610-pass Kohls and on the same side). This is an all level class, modified for the needs of the clients, if you have trouble in a traditional Yoga class, this is the class to try. We do meditation, relaxation and some reiki…. Class cost is $10–yes you can just drop in.
