SACRED SPACE: I will be hosting a series of classes named Sacred Space. The first will be on Wednesday, July 18th at 6:30 at the Massage and Yoga Center 3815 Perkiomen Ave, Reading PA 19606, 610.779.7234. This first class will be dedicated to those going through the cancer journey and is by donation. This will be a very gentle class tailored to the desires of those who attend. Come early to share a cup of tea among friends. Registration strongly advised. I am a Cardiac & Cancer Yoga Therapist and can provide services in English and Spanish for this and all classes.
